The results on this page are results from our HVAC work, named and linked so you can check them. They aren't feasibility studies and they aren't from your sector. We include them because each project was, in practice, a market test run live: a new offer, a new division or a new content approach, put in front of real buyers and measured. That is the same logic a feasibility study applies before the money is spent.

GasBoilers.ca: a new division as a live feasibility test
GasBoilers.ca was a gas-boiler division built for CANRO Heat. The division serves 26+ BC communities, and its Google profile shows 5.0★ from 76+ Google reviews.
What it shows. An existing company carved out one service and gave it its own brand and website. That is the same decision many owners bring to us: should we launch a separate line, and will buyers find it? The division's reach across more than two dozen communities shows the offer travelled beyond its starting point.
What transfers. If you're considering a new line inside an existing business, a separate, focused offer is easier to test cleanly than a new tab on your current website. You can measure its demand on its own.
BCWide.ca: how fast a readable signal can arrive
BCWide.ca achieved 3× leads in 90 days.
What it shows. Ninety days is short. A clear offer, aimed at the right buyers, produced a measurable change within one quarter.
What transfers. A demand test doesn't need a year. Our market validation work usually runs for weeks, not months, because a well-designed offer gives a readable answer fast. If a test produces nothing in that window, that silence is information too.
CombiBoiler.ca: depth in one narrow product
One narrow product, combi boilers, carried CombiBoiler.ca to 300% ROI and 300+ monthly leads, alongside 500+ page-1 rankings for combi-boiler keywords.
What it shows. A business focused on one specific product found substantial, steady demand by going deep rather than wide.
What transfers. Many feasibility studies end with the same advice: narrow the first offer. A specific product for a specific buyer is easier to price, easier to market and easier to measure than a general one.
BoilerPart.ca: mapping demand at scale
With 2,000+ programmatic pages, BoilerPart.ca recorded 180% organic traffic growth.
What it shows. Demand is often spread across many small, specific searches, such as particular parts, models and problems, rather than one big keyword.
What transfers. When we size a market, we look for this long tail. The total of many small needs can be larger, and cheaper to reach, than the obvious headline category.
HVACDeal.ca: checking that leads pay
HVACDeal.ca generated 500+ leads at a 12:1 ROI.
What it shows. Lead volume alone isn't the test. The return relative to spend is.
What transfers. Every validation test we design reports cost per enquiry against what your financial model says a customer is worth. Lots of interest at a cost you can't sustain is a fail, however exciting it looks.
What these results don't show
It's worth being equally clear about the limits. None of these projects tested a café, a retail shop or a software product. Home heating has its own buying patterns: urgent repairs, seasonal peaks and high-value replacements. A study for your idea will rest on evidence from your own market, not on these numbers.
How to read case studies, including ours
Treat any case study as evidence of method, not a forecast.
- Check that the client is named and the site is live.
- Ask what was actually tested, and over what period.
- Separate the sector-specific parts from the parts that would transfer.
- Never build your own plan on someone else's numbers. Build it on your own test.

Frequently asked questions
Are these results from feasibility studies you ran?
They are results from our HVAC marketing and website work. We present them here because each launch tested a market in public, which is exactly what a feasibility study tries to predict on paper.
Will my business see similar numbers?
There's no way to promise that. Your sector, prices, competitors and region differ. What transfers is the method: test a clear offer, measure the response, and scale only what proves itself.
Where can I check these results?
Each client is named and linked, so you can see the live sites. The full set of case studies is published by HVAC.Agency at hvac.agency/case-studies.
