You can reach BizConsulting.ca three ways: call or text (604) 632-4959, or email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Office hours run Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day. Every first conversation is about one thing: the decision in front of you, and the smallest piece of work that would help you make it well.

Three ways to reach us
Call
Call (604) 632-4959 during business hours. Calling works when you want to talk the idea through out loud and get a quick sense of whether testing makes sense. If we miss you, leave a short message with your name, your town and the decision you're weighing.
Text
Text the same number. A text is a good way to start when you're busy: send two or three lines about the idea and your deadline, and we'll reply to arrange a proper conversation.
Email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Email is the right choice if you have quotes, a draft plan, a spreadsheet or a lease offer to share. Attach what you have; even rough notes help.
What to include in your first message
Specific details get you a specific answer back. A good first message covers five things:
- The decision. What you're thinking of doing: opening, expanding, adding a line, entering a new province.
- Where. The town or region, since rules, seasons and buyers vary across Canada. Our province pages show why that matters.
- The money at stake. A rough figure for what you'd commit if you went ahead.
- Your deadline. The date by which you need to decide, such as a lease offer that expires.
- What you already know. Any quotes, customer requests, competitor prices or tests you've already run.
A template you can copy
Hi, I'm [Your name] from [Business name] in [City, Province]. I'm considering [the decision] and would commit about [$ amount] if I go ahead. I need to decide by [date]. So far I have [what you know]. My main worry is [the assumption you're least sure of].
Replace the brackets with your details. That paragraph alone is enough for us to suggest a sensible next step, even before we speak.
What happens next
- We reply. Usually within one business day, to confirm we've understood and to set up the free 30-minute consultation.
- We talk it through. In that conversation we identify the three or four assumptions that decide the outcome and suggest the lightest piece of work that would test them. Sometimes that's a full feasibility study. Sometimes it's an hour reviewing your spreadsheet. Occasionally it's "you already have enough evidence; go."
- You get a written proposal if it makes sense. It states the scope, milestones, price and terms. Nothing starts until you've read and agreed to it. Published rates are on the pricing page.
Before you contact us
A few quick things that save time on both sides.
- We don't promise loan or grant approval. If your main goal is a document for a specific lender or program, check that program's own requirements first.
- We're not lawyers or accountants. If your question is about incorporation, tax or a lease clause, start with a lawyer or CPA. We'll happily work alongside them.
- Meet the way that suits you. Consultations run in person or by video call, as well as by phone, text and email, for owners in every province and territory.
Privacy
We only use your details to reply to you and, if you engage us, to do the work. We don't add you to marketing lists. We only send commercial messages to people who've contacted us first, in line with Canadian anti-spam rules.
If you'd rather read more first, the FAQ and about page cover how we work and who we are.
Frequently asked questions
Is the first conversation really free?
Yes. The initial 30-minute consultation is free and carries no obligation. Its purpose is to work out whether you need a study, a test, a plan, a model, or nothing at all.
Should I call or text?
Whichever suits you. Texting is handy if you're on a job or in a shop and want to send the basics now. Email works well if you have figures or quotes to attach.
Can I keep my idea confidential?
Tell us what you'd like kept private and we'll treat it that way. If you need a formal non-disclosure agreement, say so in your first message and we'll deal with it before you share details.
What time zone are you in?
Pacific time. For owners in Toronto or Montréal, our Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific window falls between noon and 9 p.m. local time, so owners further east may find late-afternoon calls the easiest to arrange.
